Ascii Text Renderer

• updated to 1.21.9 and 1.21.10

• Ported to versions 1.21.2 - 1.21.8
• Removed some redundant parts of the code
• Created a framework to make updating the pack easier

This version of the pack was tested on 1.21.4, and contains all the latest features of the pack.
