Fix leftover displays (#301) Add StackDropItemEvent (#308)

This should fix the remaining tag issues.

There are also reported issues on Purpur. Please report if this is also occuring for you.

Fix errors with tags Fix folia support

Sorry its taken a while, but this is the release for 1.21.3/1.21.4

• "Armor stand" name tags are now displayed using display entities. This means that ProtocolLib is no longer required. But as a result:
• Support has been dropped for Spigot. It became impossible to support components as display names on Spigot platforms. In theory a leagcy version could be made for spigot if people deeply desire that.
• The plugin only supports 1.20.4+ also as a result of the above.
• Improve animal splitting behavour when dying entities
• Fix bees stacking when emerging from hives
• Remove debug message

• Add temporary? fix for issue where mobs killed in one hit with fire aspect weapons would drop raw meats rather than cooked meats
• Revert to Java 17 (should fix errors for people on 1.19.x etc)
