Fixes

Player no longer will be notified by message disabled world when changing world if doesn't have any glow mode.

Fixes error java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unregistered scoreboard component when selecting a color from the menu reported at Discord.

Small Changes:

Prevent players from selecting already selected color. Added message when toggling/disabling glow at menu.
