Universal Mod Localizer
Provide support for mods that are not supported by i18n update mod.
Similar to automatic localization updates, it provides support for mods that are not supported by automatic localization updates. As mods use embedded resource packages instead of automatically downloading them, automatic updates cannot be achieved.
