Minor mc version compatibility update

Technical part

• Updated pack.mcmeta file, so datapack now supports 1.21.9 and 1.21.10 minecraft versions
• Updated well loot table so it does not break in new versions
• Deleted unused overlay packages

Vanilla structures update. Part 1: Vanilla Villages

Technical part

• Updated Trek to support 1.21.6-1.21.8 too
• Villages spawns a lot less WILD now and blends in better
• Fixed a lot of bugs with village generation (Issue #5)
• Adjusted rarity of villages, now they spawn a little rarer
• Added processors to village streets
• Decreased overall size of villages
• Moved villages from minecraft to trek folder for better compatibility (Issue #6)
• Replaced functional blocks in villages (Issue #7)
• Temporary removed swamp and mushroom villages from generation until they are fixed (prob next update)
• Changed salt and distribution type for better randomness in generaation
• Fixed bug where mobs in structures can despawn before the player gets to them (Issue #9)
