Added missing tags

Fixed compatibility issue with other mods

• Better coal ore texture (darken to increase visibility)
• Integration with BNB (Deep Nether ores, tag usage)
• Better ore spawn (more veins with smaller size, removed too large blobs)
• Changed Redstone drop count

First release of the mod:

• 7 ores that will generate in the Nether
• Texturepack support
