Fixes critical issue where banners that had been placed would not be detected by the datapack, and therefore could not be placed on beds.

Fixes critical issue where banners that had been placed would not be detected by the datapack, and therefore could not be placed on beds. If you use Minecraft 1.19.4, Release 1.3 is recommended over this version.
