Update to 1.21.7

• Disables warden sculk spreading when mobGriefing is set to false
• Avoids a few edge cases where compass tracking would pick up on non-mob entities (or players in creative mode)
• Moves the position of the compass tracking sound effect so that it is in the direction of the mob being tracked. This means that even in situations where the particles aren't visible, you can track your target using the directional audio (or the direction the subtitles point in).

• Due to datapack format changes, this won't work on 1.20.6 and below (but updates beyond maintaining the pack for future versions are not planned, so I wouldn't worry too much)
