Repurposed Structures - Tidbits Compat

Add this datapack to the game to add compatibility between Repurposed Structures and Tidbits. The Tidbit buildings will spawn in RS's Overworld Villages and will include workstations that Tidbit uses for their villager professions. Now find that dance floor and groove!
