Pause Music on Pause
Pauses the music while the game is paused, restoring the previous behavior to Minecraft 1.21.6 and above.

Minecraft 1.21.6 has changed how pausing works: it doesn't pause music anymore and there's no option to enable that again.
This mod adds the "Pause Music on Pause" option in the "Music & Sound" options, it pauses the game music while the game is paused.
