Players will drop their head when killed by a charged Creeper or a slim chance when killed by a Player, alternative pack for dropping a head only when killed by a charged Creeper

• Player heads will drop when killed by a charged Creeper. Player heads have a rare chance of being dropped when killed by another player
• Alternate version for drops ONLY from charged Creepers
• Compatible with Minecraft 1.13 and up, last tested on Minecraft 1.19
