Map Atlases [Forge]

• backported some configs

• added server side config for entity radar too

• change map marker tooltip to not show coordinates when config is off

• fixed map adding logic failing to updated the atlas item while adding new maps resulting in wasted maps
• added compas and clock item option to the screen

fixed a mixin type being incorrect increased max map count. i chalenge you to reach it without your game coming to a crawl
