update dependency on midnightlib to support 1.21.9

Removes the fade in from the resourcepack reloading screen (adds #10)

• added chat fade duration
• added a permanent chat option, where the chat will stay on screen forever
• added a mixin to disable the fade in/out on the onboarding screen in 1.21.6+
• renamed mod version to include game version
• updated midnightlib dependency for 1.21.6

update to 1.21.5

updated dependencies to 1.21.4 to fix a crash with the config menu
