Tweaks:
Energy Boomerang can no longer deal more damage to the target it hits when it's special attack is triggered
Nerfed the Crystalline Infection effect and renamed it to Crystal Infection
Recipes of Starfire Crossbow and Flowglaze Bow now require smithing templates
Made Golem Steel blocks explosion-resistant
Fixes:
Fixed players unable to take item from the Drying Rack with empty hands
Fixed firework triggering special effects from weapons multiple times
