Three Jewelry Slots
The three new slots added by the datapack are available in the upper left hand corner of the inventory. The jewelry must be placed there to receive the effects of the jewelry.

The bare jewelry goes in the far left slot and the gem goes in the middle slot.

Once both items have been put in, the adorned jewelry appears in the far right slot.
