Creators Right Hand [Chilly Update]

"The chilly update" This update adds lots of mods that are centered around winter, snow, and lots of other cold things.

-Improved QoL for both survival and creative builders.

-Fixed minor performance issues.

-Updated loader version 0.16.9

-Removed mods: Realistic bees.

-Added mods: Easy NPC, Chai's Build Tools, Building Shift, Sit!, Builders Dream, Placeable Plants, Diagonal Fences, Supplementers, Snowy Leaves Plus, Winterly, Amendments, Better Snow Coverage, and Fading Clouds.

-Fixed major performance issues primarily involving chunks.

-Removed mods: Axiom, Chipped, Biomes O Plenty, Tool Trims Immediately Fast, Debugify, and Alternate Current.

-Added mods: Trimmable Tools, Let Me Despawn, and Ksyxis.
