Fixed zinc_component not working, which caused Zinc recipes to break

• Made the Makeshift Trident throwable, but made it incredibly weak and fragile
• Removed component tags for compat mods and instead built them directly into the mod, this will remove the console errors and also make adding additional compat easier!
• Reworked how parts of the code work to incorporate this change
• Fixed mods.toml not using the right version
