Removed reach attribute option, as we don't use a lib anymore but vanilla attributes
Removed enchantment compatibility option, as this is a pain to handle with new data system
- This includes thorns on shields,
- Power incompatibility with flame, punch, infinity
- Multishot compatibility with piercing
Removed shield stop knockback option, as shield should always behave the same way as with other projectiles
Drinking milk bucket can also be cancelled with an attack damage
Use item data components to update items attributes
- Increase compatibility for any items, modded or not, to update their attributes
Overall rewrite to maximize mod compatibility
Shield features rewrite to fix minor issues

Fix damages that were broken since 1.20 port
Fix config option that was not taken into account for modded tools.
It was On even when disabled (if modded tools were inside the config file).
