Cobblemon - Ukulele Pichu Addon

This Cobblemon addon adds the partner Pokémon from Pokémon Ranger:Guardian Signs.

This special Pichu wields a blue Ukulele and uses it's music to defeat it's opponents in battle.
It can learn additional sound based moves such as Overdrive and has the Soundproof ability.
It cannont evolve but it's stats have been raised in a similar manner to the partner Eevee and Pikachu from Pokémon Let's Go.

This Pichu appears rarely in jungles and tropical island during thunderstorms.
