Hypixel and Large GUI
Maximum size of the GUI, usable by the resize widget in the bottom right. Also contains basic support for Hypixel Skyblock (Private Island & Ender Chest).
Shulker Box Tooltip Integration
Chest Tracker overwrites Shulker Box Tooltip's previews for ender chests with one that works on the client, using it's own memory. Can be disabled.
WTHIT Integration
Chest Tracker adds an integration with WTHIT to show what it remembers is in a container. Useful for Realms and servers without WTHIT installed. Can be disabled, and has it's own plugin settings in WTHIT.
