Biome Strongholds
Adds biome-specific Stronghold variants, featuring unique layouts, new challenges, and updated mechanics.

Custom End Portals
Each Biome Stronghold features the familiar End Portal shape, but made of Bedrock, with the End Portal Frames scattered around the room. Particles trail from the frames to the portal, giving weight to the process of inserting your Eyes of Ender.
Vaults & Spawners
Biome Strongholds use Trial Spawners and Vaults to both offer consistent challenges and rewards, and foster replayability.
Large Rooms
Where the vanilla Stronghold has Library Rooms, the Biome Strongholds have Large Rooms. These may include Libraries depending on the biome, but will always feature higher-value loot and risk.
Desert Stronghold
The Desert Stronghold features winding hallways filled with Spawners, Loot, and Traps. Noxious Gas Emitters are embedded in the unsteady floor, and sarcophagi are guarded by the unique Sandstorm Breeze.
Ocean Stronghold
The Ocean Stronghold features both flooded and unflooded sections, taking advantage of the entire 3D space to create a winding and confusing assortment of rooms, protected by Drowned, Guardians, and Elder Guardians that give you Blindness.
Jungle Stronghold
The Jungle Stronghold features both traps and puzzles scattered around its many adjoining rooms. Many puzzles may need to be activated, and reveal hidden loot when solved. Others might be required to find secret passages and access more of the structure.
Snowy Stronghold
The Snowy Stronghold's End Portal Frames are frozen in magical ice. Portal Frame Keys are scattered about the structure. You will need to explore large complex-like rooms such as the Garden or Prison to find the Keys in smaller rooms to open the portal.
