• Ensure that setting a double slab in water sets the waterlogged property to false like Vanilla Minecraft
• Fix bug where slabs have no block placement animation or sounds

Fixed blockstate desync issue where placing a slab would occasionally flicker the proper placement and then snap to an incorrect one.
