General Fixes: Addressed and resolved various known issues from the 1.0.0 version.

Translation Keys: Addressed and resolved issue with Translation Keys not working for older versions. Now supports backwards compatibility and current game versions.
Stellar Gateway: Fixed crash caused by incorrect fetching of custom sound file and added backwards compatibility for 1.19 and forward compatibility for 1.20+.
Gateway Effects: Fixed particle effects not displaying in versions 1.19.2 and older. Now particles display on all versions and improved performance.
