Corrected a command typo

• Changed 'function spm:config/spawn_naturelly_disable' to 'function spm:config/spawn_naturally_disable'.

Mobs and Gameplay Changes:

• Added "Wither Ghost" and "Chorus Ghost"
• Renamed "Lightning Storm" to "Water Ghost"
• Removed "Void Shooter" and "Saman"
• Rebalanced special mobs:
• Special mobs in the Overworld no longer deal damage with their skills.
• Special mobs in the Nether have reduced skill damage.
• The level of weakness caused by special mobs is decreased.

Performance Improvements:

• Transitioned from tick-based status checks to scheduled function executions.
• Increased the interval between executions to 4 ticks for enhanced performance.

Customization and Configuration:

• Introduced customizable enchantments via the "spm_cf:enchant" item modifier.
• Provided the option to disable natural spawning.

Compatibility Note:

• Developed and tested with Minecraft vanilla server version 1.20.1.
• Expected to work with versions 1.17 through 1.20.1.
• Future versions may not support older Minecraft versions.
