Changed Item models of most custom blocks to no longer use sprites

Removed 32x item sprites for:

bladeofgrass, depth_crusher, muramasa, redtide_spear, teardrop_cleaver

Resprited stealth bar.

Removed sprites for some unobtainable quest fish, bait, and unused rage and adrenaline - we cannot be bothered to remake those sprites at this very second.

Fixes:

Some slime based custom mobs spawning far away wern't disabled correctly and could die, causing a build up of invisible slimes.
