1.21.2 Bundle Recipe Backport

This datapack/mod simply backports the same recipe from version 1.21.2 to other versions.

This doesn't add any other features from 1.21.2.

You don't have to toggle the experimental feature on, since it only adds a datapack with the old recipe.
