Added Team Managers

with /team promote/demote , you can now make players team managers.

Managers will be able to performs actions according to the permissios set by the team owner.

The team owner can manage permissions with /team permissios add/remove

The available permissions are:

• INVITE
• KICK
• PVP
• RELATIONS
• WARPS
• RENAME
• PREFIX
• HOME
• PROMOTE

each permission will grant usage of the corresponding commands/GUI
