Vanilla Perfected full release for 1.21.4

• Mods re-added after being missing from initial beta: Freecam, Scribble, Text Formatting Everywhere
• Panorama was included in 1.21.4 of Vanilla Perfected due to the mod being updated on Modrinth
• Music Notification was removed due to UI conflicts with Panorama but can be re-added manually if preferred
• Replaced Replay Mod with Flashback
• Replaced Mob Crates with a backport of Mojang's new Spawn Eggs
• Remove Loading Screen was removed due to visual bugs reported by some users, but can be re-added manually if preferred
• Brand new Resource Packs: Clearer Slot Highlight, Drodi's Illagers, AL's Scorpions and Crabs, AL's Zombies Revamped, AL's Enderman Revamped, AL's Piglins Revamped, Animated Totem
• Replaced Eating Animations mod with the Resource Pack from the same creator
