User Interface for config

Updated to 1.21.6
Added language support for Brazilian Portugese (@MeiaQuatru)
Pack conversions tools can now be accessed with a user interface using the command /function tac:config
Carved versions of acacia, bamboo, birch and cherry tables are available to preview through commands (/function tac:give/table_acacia_carved). I'm still working on the others.
