• Added a sepperate client config for just the Main Menu Override called "Titlescreen Override"

Fixes

• Fixed Atmosine Crystals being the only accepted Altar Fuel
• Fixed Atmosine Crystals being usable as Altar Fuel even with Experimental Content disabled
• Fixed regular Aechor Plants found inside Sentry Laboratory Rooms being able to despawn
