Fixes:
- Fixed the founding being able to colossal nuke shift when the config has the colossal nuke disabled
- Fixed the founding's sneaking condition for colossal nuke shifting being inverted (as of the last patch, shifting into the founding's colossal with sneak not held would nuke, while the opposite is intended behaivor)
