Bug Fixes:
- The cosmic dome now regenerates if updating from a prior version
- Fixed some formatting in the new tutorial infopoints
- The giant health bar now displays the giant's health correctly, even after dying to it once
- Area effect cloud particles are no longer visible
- Prevented some new blocks from blocking shockbolt
- Memory beacons can no longer be created from items collected before the hub has fully generated
