- Quick heal has been capped at regeneration 4 for level 1, and regeneration 5 for level 2 and 3
- This had to be done, as regeneration is exponential
Bug Fixes:
- Quick heal level 2 now once again works
- The chat is no longer spammed with "1" upon returning to the hub after visiting the end
