Barely Default Data Pack

Small update while I work on porting to 1.21.4+:

• Added new copper butterflies that have a chance to be caught in trial chambers. Butterflies include:
  • Copper Butterfly
  • Exposed Copper Butterfly
  • Weathered Copper Butterfly
  • Oxidized Copper Butterfly
• Reworked the Impaling enchantment to share the same mechanics as it does in Bedrock meaning it now deals damage to impaling sensitive mobs and mobs in water, rain, and water cauldrons
• Added a new trident enchantment: Head Hunter. A player will drop their head if killed by a trident with this enchantment
